How do I process a Return or Refund?Updated a year ago

To initiate a return, please send us an email at [email protected].

Please provide the following information when submitting your return request:

  1. Order ID
  2. Return reason
  3. Item(s) and quantity
  4. Photos of item

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and return costs when returning your item.

Customers are encouraged to monitor the location of returned packages. In the event of no tracking updates or apparent loss during transit, we recommend contacting the courier for further assistance. 

The refund will be processed as soon as your item has been confirmed to be accepted and inspected at our warehouse. The estimated turnaround for returns is 10 business days from arrival in our warehouse.
