The delivery status shows it's delivered, but I don't have it.Updated a year ago
If you don't have your order with you yet, kindly allow more time as there are cases where the courier may tag them as delivered but it's yet to be delivered (unfortunately, we don't have control over this).
We also kindly ask you to take the following steps:
Double-check your delivery address: Please verify that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct and up to date. Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a neighbor or held at a local post office for pickup.
Check with household members, community mailbox, or reception area (if applicable): It's possible that someone else in your household accepted the delivery on your behalf. We recommend asking family members or roommates if they received the package.
Contact your local carrier/post office: If you've confirmed that the delivery address is correct and no one in your household received the package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier responsible for the delivery to inquire about the status of your shipment. They may be able to provide additional information or assistance regarding the delivery.
